a. Information You Provide to Us

• For All Users: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and password.
• For Customers: We collect delivery details (pickup and drop-off locations), recipient information (name, phone number), and payment information (credit/debit card details, processed by our third-party payment gateway).
• For Delivery Heroes: In addition to the above, we collect your date of birth, address, a copy of your Emirates ID/Passport, a valid UAE driver's license, vehicle details (make, model, registration), and information required for background checks.

b. Information Collected Automatically

• Location Data: We collect precise location data from Delivery Heroes' devices when the app is running in the foreground or background to facilitate deliveries. For Customers, we collect location data to determine pickup locations.
• Transaction Information: We collect details related to your use of our Services, including the type of service requested, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, distance traveled, and other related transaction details.
• Device and Usage Information: We collect information about your mobile device, including the hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information, and mobile network information. We also collect data about how you interact with our Services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for purposes including:

• Providing Services: To facilitate deliveries, process payments, and manage user accounts.
• Safety and Security: For user verification, background checks, and to prevent fraudulent activity.
