Refund Policy

At GoGetit Technologies FZCO, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide reliable and efficient services. However, if you are not fully satisfied with a purchase or service, this Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Service not delivered: If a confirmed order or service was not fulfilled.
  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same transaction.
  • Technical errors: If system or payment gateway errors resulted in incorrect charges.
  • Cancelled order: If you cancelled your order before it was processed or dispatched.

2. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • Services or deliveries already completed.
  • Charges incurred due to customer’s incorrect information or failure to receive the order.
  • Promotional items, vouchers, or credits.
  • Third-party services availed through GoGetit but governed by their own refund policies.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please:

  • Submit a written request via support@gogetit.ae.
  • Include your order number, payment receipt, and a clear reason for your request.
  • Requests must be submitted within 24 Hours from the time of the transaction.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Any applicable service charges, transaction fees, or delivery charges may be deducted.
